ACLCians urged to enjoy friendly competition in Intramurals 2016

Education Coordinator Alberto Cagata starts off a celebration of sports and creativity as he encouraged students to maximize the time of play being a fundamental part of the time of work, December 17, 2016 at the Playsite Recreational Center, Ma-a.

“We should learn to get along with different people and have fun” said EC Cagata as the Intramurals allows different courses to team up reinforcing the theme of Camaraderie as the foundation of this school year's Intramurals.

The opening ceremonies for ACLC's Intramurals event allows each of the departments to compete in various different events that test each team’s resilience, strength, willpower, physicality and energy.

First day of the 4-day celebration included the Banner Raising Ceremony with Avast taking the lead, McAfee in close second, Kaspersky in third and Avira in last place. It is then followed by The Cheerdance competition won by McAfee and the Recreational Activities composed various mini events like Tug-of-War ending with a tie between Avast and Avira.

The teachers, not to be outdone by the students also played against each other, with Kaspersky's advisors taking the lead netting them an extra 100 points.
