ACLC Davao – February 27, 2010 marked the day the Computer Graphics and Animation students hosted an Art Seminar-Workshop with Mr. Emmanuel C. Soliva, a Cartoon Editor of the Collegiate Headlight (the Official Publication of the University of Southeastern Philippines) as the guest speaker. The said event is in line with their course subject, Screenwriting with Ms. Ronalea I. Talaboc. Participated by 24 CGA students, the said workshop was held in order to cater the need to impart key knowledge on cartooning and sketching, and encourage the students to improve their skills in their own field. The program was a remarkable one not to mention the presence of Mr. Dionell E. Rafil, the CGA adviser inspired the students’ willingness to participate and enjoy the event. NSTP Clean-Up Drive: Another Call-to-Action Step |

 Matina Diversion Road, Davao City – Another call-to-action step successfully took place last March 6, 2010 through the initiative of the NSTP students of the AMA Computer Learning Center Davao in their thrust to pursue a Clean-up Drive.
“Social Service for the Sake of others,” explained Ms. Ronalea I. Talaboc as she accompanied 10 NSTP students, under her advisory, as they cleaned the vicinity of the said location. The said project has long been planned and intended for the students to realize the value of environmental issues and awareness. Needless to say, our country has already suffered major human-caused environmental degradation that is why our simple acts are crucial enough to save our dying world.
